Not bad. Seems to be a broad range of secondhand items being sold, attracting plenty of customers. The underground store is large. Would help if they could be better organised for things like CD’s/ DVD’s and books. It’s frustrating when there’s no grouping of any sort, just shelves and shelves to plough through. I’m sure they sell reading glasses too.

While I am happy with the range and general pricing- the bored apathetic attitude of staff members ruin the shopping experience. Young woman at counter acted like I interrupted her and I guess I did given she was sitting at the register on her phone. Finally had time today to check the receipt and was overcharged. Like why bother to work in a customer facing position if you can't be bothered to do your job. Brings the whole experience down unfortunately

The punk rock Canberra Op shop hub! A must visit! A very cool place with good deals, funky atmosphere and a great goal - contributing to a circular economy for all!!

This used to be an amazing charity shop with great bargains and good vibes. Now it's just another opportunistic money grabbing hip Canberra second hand store. Not very sizing inclusive stuff was largely damaged and stained Music eas unbearable. People were rude and staff were difficult

Very dissapointed. Went nad had a look at a care bear. The lady wanted $20.00 absolute rip off so I put it back and didnt want to buy it. Also the place has a bad smell inside and smells dusty and Yuck. I was told by someone I know that stuff here usually cost between $1.00 and $2.00. I was charged $5.00 for a bracelet and dvd. I believe I should havd gotten it cheaper but I didnt. Also The toys outside the door anyone can easily steal them and walk away. The people that run this placs leaving stuffed toys outside makes this place a high risk for theft. I wouldnt come here again as the lady couldn't even give Mr a recdipt when I asked and said doesn't do receipts. Didnt eve. Offer to do a hand written receipt on piece of paper.
