Had the most lovely experience at the body shop today was helped by a lovely girl called Megan I think it was. I was looking for a birthday gift for my daughter and Megan really went above and beyond to assist me with finding a gift that she would like but was in my budget. Thanks again for being so kind and understanding.

I ordered a few items online for Click n Collect before Christmas as a gift. Waiting for the confirmation email telling me the items were ready to collect seemed to take longer than usual. I had ordered previously and those items were available in a day or two. I checked my emails, nothing. I went online to check the status of my order and was surprised to find the order had been collected! Not by me!! I called the Rundle Mall stall and explained the situation to staff who put the manager, Spencer on the phone to help me. I knew I had the payment confirmation and therefore I should still be able to collect the items I paid for. Spencer was very helpful and amazing. Lovely, friendly and willing to make this issue resolved as soon as possible. She couldn't put my items together as they had sold out but offered replacement items at no extra cost. Spencer you were incredible, helpful and so lovely. Definitely a credit to The Body Shop. Thank you for helping me at Christmas time.🎄

Had the most pleasant experience with Spencer today she was so kind and knowledgeable about products she helped me find some lovely gifts for my husband and gave me some really good skincare tips. Can't wait to try my new vitamin E moisturiser and the camomile cleansing butter at home!

The prices are actually pretty reasonable for the quality and amount of product you get. I absolutely love all there stuff and bought two item today. I tried the coconut spray in the store which was at 2:40, it is now 5:29 and I can still smell it.
