Michael & his team work hard to provide excellent customer service. Thank you!
The customer service has never been good here. Nearly the only white guy (wears glasses) that works here will talk to you crazy Most of the small portioned sized liquor are hidden behind a ton of other inventory behind the register. You have to ask or guess how much items are because they don't clearly list item prices They tried to convince me that the bottle pictured was $6 originally & that they cut the price in half to $3. Capriccio has never been $6 per can since I started buying it a few years ago. The full bottle has always been $7-$9 whether at Walmart or some other local liquor store The black lady who checked me out at $1.70 per can last week had to bend to the will of the owner who told her to charge me $3 per can & lied and said the $3 price was already marked down. There's no way this one can was $6. To all who haven't been here before, they have a 50% clearance drink selection (mostly wine products) & that's the only reason I still go here despite the terrible customer service.
after i had to tell 3 different people tht were begging for money at the front door NO several times, i went in and got 2 gallon bottles and a pint..the woman that "owns the store" was eating chicken as she was trying to wait on me..she became irratated when she was unable to hear me and yelled she couldnt hear me behind the glass...good thing there was glass since she was spitting chicken out of her mouth by this point..she rang up 2 of the gallon bottles and when there was a question about the price of the 3rd bottle ( a pint), she told me she wasnt stupid and this was her store and i was not going to try and get something for nothing out of her..( a whopping $3.25, after she rang up 2 other bottles for $15 each that i had no questions/prob about)...i told her that the other employees charged me that price, after all there wasnt a pricetag on it but i had bought it 5+ times...she called me a liar and she screamed for her husband at the top of her lungs, and then started to scream at me and to call me names and tell me no one talked "down" to her. i was caught off guard when she started verbally attacking me and i turned around to just leave and got half way to the door and she came running from behind the counter saying GET OUT GET OUT...she sounded like a complete crazy lunatic. her husband just stood there like a deer in the headlights. i couldnt leave fast enough, but not before faving the people outside the front door begging for moneyagain ..too much more of her working with customers and it wont be her store for long......it is not the best neighborhood , not well lit and ....NO SECURITY GUARD....that is wht i went in the daytime as opposed to night...the staff at night are really nice
Website initially blocked me after making a single click. Then tried place an order - was asked to add a tip. A tip - for an online retail order?! This insanity has to stop... Edit: Was attempting to order potato chips for shipping out of state, as price was better than most others online. But I appreciate the prompt response from owner so will upgrade my rating. Website could use some tweaking to make these points clearer ;)
The online interface isn't the greatest and makes a person want to shop here in person. Not the best location and there are usually flocks of people gathered around by the entrance but the selection is good the place is pretty well organized and neat with plenty of no-frills purchases happening here all day. Plus you even have to bag your own product.

Your neighborhood destination for a wide selection of spirits, wines, and beers at great prices.
