There is no words to describe how effortlessly and perfectly the owner of the boxcar room was able to hold our small elopement. They made everything so perfectly wonderful and easy. I highly recommend them and their venue!!!! The decorations and their curation of space was spot on that it made the day hassle free. Thank you so much for having us enjoy the start of our forever life.

We had our work Christmas party here and it was by far the best experience I’ve had with a venue! Natasha and Genna made my life super easy from the planning to the setup, and they had the flexibility when we had to change the day of our event. The venue itself was immaculate and having the food prep area, storage room, and video/audio capabilities made it perfect. The entire time of our event, my folks couldn’t stop raving about how great everything was. 10/10- Highly recommend!

We held our daughter's wedding here and we're so glad we did! What a beautiful venue (almost a hidden gem in the heart of downtown Spokane). The staff were super helpful and efficient, and everything needed for our daughter's special day was available to us! The in-house bar and bartenders were great!

Okay this review will be super long so if you want the sparks-notes version let me just tell you this…. HAVE YOUR WEDDING OR EVENT HERE! The owner, Natasha, is an actual angel. We knew from the first time we met her that she was incredible and would help us make our wedding everything we wanted. She made everything SO easy. She took such good care of us both on our wedding day and leading up to it. Then there’s Genna. She will not only make you the yummiest drink known to man but she’s the absolute sweetest (and a dang good hype girl!) The rest of the staff were also incredible, so kind and welcoming. I literally don’t have one negative thing to say. Other than we’re bummed we don’t get to work with these guys anymore since the wedding is over! So have your wedding or event here, I pinky promise (with both pinkies) you will NOT regret it.

This venue is the one stop shop. If you decide to book at the Boxcar room, not only will you get the most gorgeous event room/bar, you will meet the most nicest staff ever, you will feel like absolute royalty. As a coordinator who has helped plan many events, this venue is by far the best I’ve been too. And I do not say this lightly as I’ve been to 45+ venues. Book this spot and don’t think twice. It’s worth every single penny! Thank you Boxcar room and staff for helping with such a lovely event.
