This much deserved review is well overdue. My mum and I came here for the first time for my birthday celebration back in August and it was wonderful. The service was great and so was the food. Our server, Jonathan, was very attentive and took good care of us while we were there. For appetizers we got truffle calamari fries which were incredible along with the Dungeness crab dip which was amazing too. For the main course, we got the Chateaubriand for two, which came with an abundance of delicious mushrooms, your choice of potatoes and a selection of sauces to choose from. They also included a complimentary breakfast muffin for the following morning too. During dinner, both the atmosphere and the background music was quite lovely, which consisted of some lovely jazz and live piano playing. I would most definitely come back for any special occasion or even for a nice dinner.

I am not one to often write a review, but this place has inspired me to. A wonderful dinner experience, we think our best from this 3 week vacation! The service was exceptional from the minute we arrived at the host stand. We had no reservation and were welcomed and sat promptly. The dining room continued to fill up while we were there, but the service never faltered. Our server Patrick and his colleagues were genuinely lovely to Chat with and were attentive, with no fake/ forced/ over the top enthusiasm (sometimes that can be overwhelming). Our steaks were some of the best we’ve had in the USA easily, perfectly seasoned and cooked remarkably to preference. The salad was perfectly fresh and made at the table side, completely customizable. The huckleberry dressing mixed with blue cheese was the best combination! Would dine here again without second thought if we were back in the area.

1st time here. Not busy but should reserve just in case. Come with an appetite !! Salads are done tableside and are perfect size. Live piano music after 6pm.. great for romantic date night !!!

I cannot say enough great things about The Brickyard! From the time you walk in the door till you leave everything and I mens everything is perfect and fun! Our wait staff both in the bar and at our table were very attentive, knowledgeable, and fun. The food. WOW! DELICIOUS! Then love piano music and singers on Saturday night. Make sure you stick around for it. The best in town! So much fun! They take requests, people dance, and you have THE BEST TIME! Thank you to everyone who made our night so memorable and fun!

Had an outstanding experience. Our server Johnathan gave us the best service I’ve had in a very long time. From start to finish the food was great. We had shrimp cocktail and calamari as our appetizers and both were very good. The calamari was very unique and had grated Parmesan on it. For entrees we all ordered various steaks that were all cooked perfectly and they have like six different potato options as your side. They come to your table and make table side salads with whatever you want and they served us a palate cleanser before our entree. We usually visit Boise a couple times a year and will definitely always visit this restaurant going forward. 10/10
