We called the Bristol Pest Controller to book a flea treatment for our house. I paid £252. They came to the house very fast as I told them I had a newborn baby. I have a ring doorbell so I know they were only in the property for around 15 minutes. Me and my newborn had to stay out of our house for 5 hours in which the flooring was not dry when we got home and the second lot of treatment I stayed out for another 5 hours. This was a month ago. We still have fleas. I was told the treatment is not guaranteed but is very rare to need a 3rd treatment. After ringing today and letting the operations manager know as very concerned for my baby, and noticed I have bites on my ankles he said I have to pay another £84 for a 3rd treatment but again is very rare I will need another treatment but it’s not guaranteed. Very disappointed and still have fleas!! The company had no empathy whatsoever, just wanted more money.

Having unwelcome mouse visitors just before Christmas was the last thing I needed - really appreciate the quick and effective service from Bristol Pest Controller. The technician, Spencer, was really helpful and reassuring, particularly with my concern to keep my dog safe. Did a really thorough job with moving and replacing kickboards / floorboards, always on time and left everything tidy. For the speed and quality, the price is good value. Hope not to need them again, but wouldn't hesitate to contact if I did.

We at James Lathams we use The Bristol Pest Controller . We have great service from them. Communication is great. Inform you when they are coming. And keep those rats at bay. Highly recommended
