Good burgers, nice spot after walking around the nearby shops. Had the smoke stack burger with pulled pork and it was solid. Could've used more mac and cheese but still tasty. Fries are separate so it adds up a bit, but worth it overall.
Neat Burger joint. Outdoor patio seating with plenty of TVs for watching the game. Food options were great. Nice big burger with BBQ and an onion ring was delicious. Could have split one. Garlic parm fries were amazing. Staff was friendly and helpful and place was clean and busy. Would certainly come again. Look forward to trying their Taco and Pizza options next door.
deleted my old review in advance of going back to give the burger joint another try because the manager had reached out to me after the other my other review this was actually worse my vegan burger had mayonnaise. My flexitarian friend cheeseburger had no cheese so as to flush 20 something bucks on a burger my dog enjoyed. The clerk swore the veggie burger was vegan i’m thinking a cheeseburger so if you can make multiple times a day, I don’t know why this place just can’t get it right but there’s over 3000 restaurants in this city. Avoid this one. They either can’t or don’t vwant to get it get it right
I came to The Burger Joint in the Heights area with a friend. I normally don't eat burgers but I had to ask the cashier for help. He was somewhat friendly. It took me a while because of my dietary restriction. We sat outside on the patio which had no cover. It would be fine if it was sunny day. But after a heavy rain, almost all surfaces are wet. Seating was limited outside with a dry seat. Inside was fully packed. Oh well. I'll come back next time on a sunny day.
This review for The Burger Joint is long overdue! I have dined in and ordered Uber eats from here plenty of times. The food is always GREAT. Yesterday, I dined in because I was craving a burger. I usually get the barbecue burger, but they had an off the menu burger that I wanted to try. It was the steakhouse burger and it had horseradish on it. The flavor was pretty good, but I am such a creature of habit when it comes to this place. I always get the barbecue burger and I wish I would have ordered it for myself LOL. My boyfriend did get the barbecue burger and he said it was amazing as always. We also split an order of the sweet potato fries because they do give you a good amount. Another star of the show at this place is the spicy ketchup. It is so so so so good!!! There is plenty of free parking available. When you come in you order at the counter and they give you a number. They bring the food to your table pretty quickly. They do have milkshake options, including boozy milkshakes. They also have a full bar and a lot of ciders. Indoor seating is limited, but so much seating available outside. It is a dog friendly patio just so you know. They usually play sporting events on the tvs. The service is always pretty good and everyone is very helpful. The burger joint is my go to for burgers in my area.
