I tried out a few classes with a current member, and I loved the way this gym/camp is set up, so I signed up. There are scheduled group classes throughout the day from 5am till 7:15pm. The classes each focus on upper body, lower body, or full body, and are high intensity movements to actually get your muscles worked. There is a team effort and positive energy within the walls, and somehow the coaches know how much to push without pushing too much. They help with form and motivation. There are lots of other aspects I haven't gotten into yet, but the app will link with other apps to input meals and steps. Coaches will help with meal planning and a full transformation of habits. I have done all these same workout movements on my own, but I never pushed myself enough. I leave feeling like I actually accomplished something.
I have been looking for a gym for my fitness goals to loose weight and transform my health and i found this gem. This place is more than a Gym. The community here is amazing, The staff and coaches are incredible. They motivate me and help you get to your goals. They genuinely care about you. I have completed a 6 week challenge and I have learned so much about eating healthy and wining beyond the scale. I feel stronger and quite frankly my mood and my days have just gotten brighter. I am able to lift weights I never thought I would be lifting. I am always looking forward to a session. If you are looking for a safe place to feel motivated, encouraged and get to that healthy lifestyle you are looking for, please come to this place.
If you want a gym and workouts that will push you and help you grow/change with an amazing community and coaches/staff who care, then this is your place! I used to work out almost daily but after a long battle with a chronic illness that led to a lot of weight gain, I lost my old gym community as it all changed and I felt like I no longer had a place. I found TC online after searching for a new gym home, and tried a free class and it was what I was missing! I'm getting my health back on track quickly!
Absolutely amazing place to not only work out but develop long lasting healthy habits and have lots of support from everyone there. We are a big family. I tried lots of different methods to lose weight and eat better but it wasn’t until I joined that I made the most progress ever. I’m now down 45 lbs in 4 months and still going. !!!!Update!!!! - still killing It down almost 60 lbs in my 6 months here I couldn’t have gotten so far without my family here at the camp. If you are looking for support and a community for your fitness journey this is the place for you.
I started attending the camp middle of January 2025 haven't regret making this decision. I'm on a 6 weeks challenge to lose 15lbs, which the camp offers that and many more things each month. I'm down 7.1 pounds on week 1. I’m coming up to my 5 week today of the challenge and I’m feeling amazing. Their is always something different each day for the workouts and each coach thrive for you to always do more for YOU!!! Loving it all!! Mostly the camp makes you feel supported like FAMILY aka AFF( AWESOME FIT FAMILY)!!!
