Pretty solid gym. Great staff and good equipment. Classes will work you out to your end. Good pacing for people of all levels. Only issue I have is the hours, that it opens later than most other gyms and closes earlier than most other gyms. I used to workout at 8am on weekends, but they open at 9. Don't come here expecting it to replace a traditional gym. It has just enough to get you in shape and warm up of your a casual gym goer or a fighter than needs to warm up.
The coaches are really cool n they help you instead of making you feel bad
Update: JR called the next day and explained the error and took care of it. Very good. Charged my bank account 1029.00 today... i have not been here since dec of 2019.... nice.
I was going through mental depression. Hitting the bags 3 times a week helped me cope with the illness. It's a great gym. The staff are open to discussions and very open minded.
Best gym ever. They have clases through out the day. And all the coaches make sure your workout is good.
