I tried the free class yesterday and signed up right away. I had my first official class today with Javi and I’m already loving it. The environment is so welcoming, the music is great, and it honestly feels like you’re working out at a club. Philly took great care of us and was so sweet. The staff is amazing overall and I’m excited to keep coming back.
I went for my first free class today and I really enjoyed it! The trainer was Kahn, he did a great job of keeping everyone engaged, between transition time he gave us exercises to do, he checked up on everybody to make sure their form was correct and provided modifications. The studio was very clean and everyone was very kind. There was diversity in body size and ability and ages and everyone seemed to be having an amazing workout! Esme at the front desk was a wealth of knowledge and gave a wonderful to her and answered all my questions after the class about membership. I will definitely be back!
Ty Chris!!!! Welcoming energy! Walked in and was able to understand and join straight away with no confusion. The environment was inviting and I would definitely recommend the HIIT style class to anyone in their workout journey. The range in the class as well as lack of judgment by peers is extremely encouraging! Thank you so much Steph & Esme 💗
It’s been awhile since I took a HIIT class. I was nervous coming into class especially with multiple injuries. The receptionists, Stefanie and Maria were exceptionally welcoming and checked in on how my class went. The instructor Chris had great energy & chose music to keep up with the high intensity! He reminded us that we could take modifications that best fit our bodies and helped show me the correct form when I waved him over.
Javi's class was great! Very attentive to all and everyone, got a good sweat. Thank you Esme for bringing me in and recommending the HIIT class. Maria's service at the front desk was super friendly and caught me up with everything I needed to know to be ready for the class. Overall, great gym energy and amazing place to be at if you're looking to kickstart your fitness journey.
