I had good experiences so far. They really make me feel valued and adore my kitties. I strongly recommend the Paw Plan! It's a solid way to save. I have 4 cats and proper care for them is thousands per year, so the Paw Plan helps me spread that out and discounts the services since they are bundled. The service level has been stellar so far. I do feel like they are a bit crowded for the space and that it tends to be very noisy compared to the other vets I've been to, which feels like it could be stressful to the cats. It is a house converted into a business though, so the noise makes sense. This unfortunately also makes parking frustrating during peak hours. I'll keep coming back though. I enjoy the experience overall and my babies are happy and healthy. 💜

A great experience all around. I was expecting to spend a small fortune here but I didn’t. They have 4 types of wellness plans and tailored individual care. My cat has been sick and Dr. Bouquet has been very compassionate trying to get her feeling better. Bloodwork and fluids done and 3 medications later and my cat is doing better. They even sent a check up text. I can’t recommend this place enough for those with feline companions. We willl be switching all our cats to this establishment as soon as we are able to. The environment is very calming and doesn’t feel like an office since it used to be someone’s home. It’s been renovated. They also sell cat food, toys, diffuser etc. front desk is top notch.

I chose The Cat Doctor in Boise because they specialize exclusively in feline care, and I’m so grateful I did. Both of my cats see Dr. Hannah Krichbaum, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about her. She has been consistently patient, kind, and incredibly thorough. I’ve never once felt rushed during an appointment, and she always takes the time to answer my (many) questions with clarity and compassion. I’ve never felt pressured to purchase treatments or services; instead, she explains every option thoughtfully so I can make informed decisions that are best for my cats. Dr. Krichbaum also follows up after visits, which means so much as a new cat owner. I feel supported and reassured, and it’s clear she genuinely cares about her patients’ well-being. She even remembers my cats by name at each visit, which speaks to the level of care and attention she provides. Her empathy, professionalism, and genuine love for animals have made every experience positive and reassuring. She has become a trusted partner in my cats’ care! I trust The Cat Doctor completely with the health of my two cats, and I’m so thankful to have found such an exceptional veterinarian and clinic. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend this place to any cat owner looking for a new vet! This place has a great energy that feels very welcoming. All the employees who helped me were kind and attentive. The ladies who helped give my cat her shot were awesome and Dr. Hedges was very sweet and clearly has a passion for cats. Thank you!
