Had a great experience at The Wave. Called ahead on New Years day to make sure they were open, and the guy who picked up the phone was super chipper and friendly, and answered all my questions. They have lots of payment methods and the stalls are a good size. Will be back again.

Ok. We used a card to pay by tap at the wash bay. I would've assumed $2 would get you 2 minutes, but the timer only went to 1:52 when $2 of time was purchased. Seems like a cop out

Bays aren’t kept clean anymore. Used to be my favourite place to wash my vehicles. Now. Doors left open all the time. Like washing outside in cold weather. Thought last week was a one time deal. Then today is the same. It’s too bad. Was close to home. Time to find new place.

I've been going to this car wash basically since the start of last summer. It's a very good car wash today. My truck decided not to start So I talked to this kind gentleman in the office. Thankfully they had a booster pack. Then we got my truck started so the customer service here is fantastic
