I needed to get my ancient Mac checked out and found this spot online. Although they no longer take walking or do business with civilians, Jesse still spoke to me and not only heard me out but he referred me to their sister store, which worked out super well. Very nice and clearly very knowledgeable! The sister store was the tech squad and they did an excellent job! Great experience all around.

I brought in my Acer laptop due to an extremely gnarly and hard to debug issue where it would randomly reboot. My technician Jesse over at The Cheap Squad spent many hours across 4 sessions to get it fixed. During this entire time, he was extremely communicative and helpful, letting me know all the things he was trying alongside the status of the machine. He also gave me a lot of excellent tips on how to take better care of my computer. On top of all that, he even mentioned that if he wasn't able to get it fixed, they would refund me out of good faith. I'm happy to say that my computer's healthy now, and The Cheap Squad is easily one of the best vendors I have ever worked with. I cannot recommend them enough. They clearly care so much about customer satisfaction and doing quality work. If you're having IT problems, go to them.

This is the second time I've had my custom computer repaired at Cheap Squad, and once again, I'm thoroughly impressed. Jess and Dale expertly resolved issues with my motherboard and CPU, demonstrating not only their technical prowess but also their commitment to quality service. The price point was incredibly reasonable - further solidifying my high recommendation of their services. Kudos to Cheap Squad for another job well done!

I continue to be extremely impressed with their technicians high quality of work. I had multiple problems with my laptop (broken screen, battery issue). They kept me informed of the progress (of the arriving parts that were ordered) and we're very prompt in replacing the required items. Jesse is very cordial and attentive. I've had other work done here as well. I recommend this repair shop to all of my friends.

My Windows PC tapped out after a power outage, so I drove straight to The Cheap Squad after work. Service was reasonably priced and reasonably fast. They diagnosed the problem, was thoroughly explained and gave me suggestions about part replacement. I brought a replacement GPU the next day and it was installed by Jesse. Everything worked like a charm. Jesse even followed up via email to check if everything went well. 5 stars! Highly recommended!
