The Claw Factory is the BEST claw machine arcade anywhere near the OKC area! They have the most wonderful staff and great prizes to win! They truly want to make sure everyone has a great time and hopefully can win the prizes they are wanting. The staff is so great about allowing you to switch out your prize for a different one from the same machine, in case you couldn’t get the one you wanted. They can also sometimes move things a little closer to help you out. Tokens are about $1 each but if you get a bigger amount, you get a couple extra. You can exchange the prizes you won for other prizes on their prize wall, which is very cool. Michael has helped us both times we have been there and he has been amazing! Also, if you go on your actual birthday, they have lots of extra perks for you! The first time we went, we spent $25 and won 7 prizes and the second time we spent $50 and won 15 prizes. I would definitely recommend this place! Our entire family LOVES it!

We just left. The kids had an amazing time. The employee was fantastic, friendly kind, and extremely helpful. They were attentive, walking around, engaging with all of the customers. It was a fantastic experience. We will definitely be back. The prizes were fantastic and The machines were extremely fair. You can always trade your stuff in for bigger prizes, which are also very reasonably priced. It was definitely a 10 out of 10 experience. I will definitely come back.

My favorite Claw Machine Arcade in OKC! The staff is super helpful, friendly, they even walk around to help assist you with snagging prizes. Also, if the machine is regularly dropping something, you go grab someone and they help you out and are happy to do it! Especially when it comes to the kids. Each coin is $1, and most of their claw machines are 1 coin, with a couple that are 2 coins (= $2 play) along with several other capsule guarantee prize winning machines that are between $3-$8. I have brought my kids in several times and they LOVE coming in to win the prizes. I just wish they rotated their stock more often, so we could come more often and not win the same stuff. They do have the trade in option on the stuffed animals, but my littles don't want to give up their stuffed animals! :-) We will most definitely continue to come back!

We brought our grandkids here from Kansas. They had a blast. Michael and Vivian did an awesome job of helping them learn how to have fun with the machines. Michael and Vivian were very friendly and kind.

I brought my nephew here, who is visiting from Kansas. He had so much fun! The staff was so helpful in showing him how to win. I will 100% be back. I can’t stress how amazing the staff here is!
