Regina & Candi are an excellent team who performed at a superlative level, and were kind & amicable to this old, disabled #USArmyVet2ndInfantryDivision 🇺🇲🗽 They were both professional in every aspect. Will be a regular customer of The Cleaning Authority from this point going forward because of their dedicated work ethic!! Unmatched. Quite literally the worst cleaning service in Lexington. I am only giving one star because the people were nice. I had to go behind them EVERY time and clean. After paying $255 every clean. The final straw was they straight up didn’t clean rooms because I wasn’t home. I mean not that they didn’t do a good job in certain rooms. I mean that they didn’t bother to crack the doors Unacceptably horrible service and incredibly overpriced

The Cleaning Authority does an excellent job of cleaning my house. I'm always very pleased to see my appliances shining, floors are spotless, the carpets smooth and clean, the furniture is dust free and bathrooms are clean and fresh. They are very careful of items on the bookshelves and dust them with care. I love having them clean my baseboards and windowsills. I appreciate the effort they put into cleaning my house.

This is my first time EVER leaving a bad review for a company. I moved into a new home that was left filthy, thanks to the previous owners. I did TONS of cleaning by myself before the cleaners came out. I signed up for a "detailed" cleaning for bathrooms/ sleeping areas. First off, the bathroom cabinets in all 3 bathrooms were not even touched, just left completely filthy. Also, not a single window seal was cleaned in the entire house, which I had signed up for (specifically in the bedrooms). I also marked off for the oven to be cleaned.... not even touched. The cleaners just cleaned over what I had already done. This was my first time ever hiring cleaners and I was really looked forward to having some help as I was exhausted after all the moving/ cleaning. They cost me $400 for 3 HOURS. When expressing my frustration and disappointment in the job, they finally got back to me after a solid week and told me the best they could do was refund me $50. They also offered to sign me up for bi-weekly service? No thanks! Super disappointed, absolutely nothing was deep cleaned. A waste of $400.
