I was very happy with my clean! They were professional, thorough, and efficient. Additionally, I noted a few things were missed during one clean and they made sure to address them entirely today. I appreciate the follow through!

Do not use this company! I have no idea how they currently have a 4.7-star rating. Most recently, I was double charged for my cleaning in November. Their office confirmed the duplicate charge and stated that it would be refunded. It has now been a month, and despite repeated calls to the office, Michael has never returned any of them and the duplicate charge has still not been refunded. Taking money twice for the same service and refusing to return it is essentially theft. That's a lot of money to be out of at Christmas—and having the issue completely ignored—is incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. Unfortunately, this is not the only issue I’ve had with them. I have been a customer for about a year, and whenever there were scheduling problems or cleanings that were canceled on their end, I was repeatedly told someone would call me back to reschedule. Those calls never came, even after I followed up multiple times, the cleanings were never rescheduled. At this point, I am forced to escalate the issue to their corporate office, although, not sure that will help, and if it is still not resolved, I will have no choice but to pursue legal action to recover the money that was taken. Absolutely ridiculous.

I have no idea how this company has good reviews. I was quoted by Michael that I could have an initial deep clean in no more than two hours for $120/hour. One person cleaned one small bathroom for two hours, and the other only finished the upstairs—did not even touch the downstairs. When I called, Michael was out of the office and could not address it, so I had to send the cleaners home with only half of the work done. I do not recommend this company.

I would not recommend this company, I rely heavily on reviews and am honestly surprised by so many great reviews they have. I spoke with Angel who was very nice, we talked about what I wanted and she assured me everything I mentioned would be cleaned including windows. When I came to the home to inspect the work, the floors were sticky all over, the windows were untouched, grease remained all over the stoves and cabinets, the previous owners hair can still be seen in cabinets and drawers, dust seen around all appliances and shelves, residue inside and outside of the fridge and stove. I called to speak about my dissatisfaction, I sent 30 pictures describing and showing my dissatisfaction. I spoke with Angel and Kim. It was explained, as far as the windows, it was a mistake to be assured the windows would be cleaned because they apparently do not clean windows as I was initially told and there was an apology for this. Everything else they agreed should have been cleaned. They offered to come back out but I said no thank you. I requested 50% off my purchase which is more than reasonable due to the work done. This was brought to the owner who refused. I asked multiple times to be called by the owner over the last 14 days and this was refused. I was offered $40 off which I feel is disrespectful due to the filth left in my completely empty home. I have given respect and patience to the owner and his business but not treated this way in return as I’m having to call back multiple times to try to resolve my dissatisfaction when this company promises 100% satisfaction.
