This place was amazing! They had so many great clothes and accessories, as well as some beautiful designer pieces, and excellent service as well. I'll definitely be back!
I came into the store to drop off my purse, but I was very disappointed by the level of customer service I received. As soon as I walked in, no one greeted me or acknowledged my presence. An old lady with blonde hair looked directly at me but didn’t say hello or even, “I’ll be right with you.” As a customer, I believe basic courtesy and acknowledgment are important, especially when someone enters the store. Even if someone is busy, it doesn’t take much effort to simply look up and say “hi” a small acknowledgment goes a long way. Being ignored made me feel unwelcome and undervalued.
Sacramento doesn’t have a ton of higher end consignment shops and closet trading is definitely filling a gap there! Great brands and mix of different price points. Things are organized by style and size and they have really competitive consignment rates compared to anywhere else I’ve consigned with in the past.
Moved it up from a 3 to a 4 on second thought. It's just very small and quite pricey. But the service was top notch! I'll definitely check their selection from time to time.
Found out about this Gem of a Store and stopped in to inquire about Consigning an item, I met Lovely Megan and her ADORABLE Shop Doggie "Poppy" they were both so welcoming! Megan made the whole transaction so easy and was very professional and knowledgeable! I spotted the cutest Sticker in a Bowl of a Flower I love and she sent me Home with it! Wonderful Experience, it's a must see! Thank you Megan! : )
