Unfortunately I had an extremely bad experience here and highly recommend going elsewhere for computer repairs. I took my computer in to get repaired and when I got it back the bottom of the computer was bent, one of the screws had not even been put back in, and the speaker they claimed they had fixed was still broken. I took it back to them to fix these issues and didn't hear from them for weeks. When I contacted them, they said the screen was now flashing on and off. I had never had issues with the screen. The technician told me that its possible he broke it, but of course when I talked to the supervisor he told me that it must have been broken when I brought it there. They are refusing to refund me.

Alex Melendres helped me with exporting a JPEG file to PDF this afternoon. I spoke with him in the late afternoon, and he was kind enough to help me complete this task. I am very impressed with his professional and kind manner in which he helped me. Customer service like this is uncommon in today's world. Thank you to Alex!

As a previous web developer and before that a Geek Squad agent, these guys are are who I choose in Reno: - Everyone is passionate about the work they do, hard to find - Turn around times are very quick, even when they run into an unforeseen issue (shame that people don't understand that) - Prices are very reasonable, comparable to prices that we offered at the Geek Squad a DECADE ago - Most PC repair stores are just that: PC repair. This company has other subsidiaries that works on large scale server projects: you are getting a level of expertise towards your work you will not find at most others - If you have the audacity to think that you as a gamer, worked on a PC maybe twice, sitting at home know more than these guys who work on them every day because you read something online, that's probably why you left a one star review for these guys

100000/10 I would recommend them! They did wonderful! I have a really awkward laptop a lot of people don’t have (a Razer 14) which I’ve had for ages! It has been having a ton of issues lately, after searching on Reddit and through reviews I picked them, as anxious as I was since it would be the first time getting my laptop repaired they were so reassuring. The laptop currently works like new and if anything ever comes up I would happily go back to them to repair it. If you have an issues with your computer please go to them! They are honestly so nice so professional and so fast at repairs! They addressed every single issue I had a found a solution! Thank you so much for fixing my laptop!!
