Super friendly staff and repair was done. The only negative was that they don't stand by their "price match guarantee". They state they use OEM parts so they can't price match but, the competitor also uses OEM parts. The only reason I didn't use the competor was it would be a week before they could get me in to do the repair. So instead of $89.95 it cost $118, but I needed the repair done a soon as possible.
Arlene and Drake were absolutely incredible. I was having a software issue with an unlocked device I bought and when I called, they were the only shop that was willing to even look at my issue. All in all, I spent about 10 minutes of my time dropping off and picking up my device, and they got my issue fixed and back to me in less than 24 hours. I will be going back to them to fix any future issues that arise. They treated me with respect throughout my whole interaction, and I can't recommend them enough.
After returning to the U.S., I can tell you it's very hard to find a good, reliable place to fix a phone after living in Asia for eighteen years. But since I've been back, this is 100% the best place to go. You can trust the lady named Arlene. She's a pro, she's fast, and she's top quality. There's nowhere else I would even trust to look at my phone.
Amazing and affordable place to go get your electronics repaired! Fixed my daughters phone in around 2 hours, and looks new. Amazing staff that answered my questions throughly and had test the phone in store to make sure it was good to go! 11/10 would recommend!
This business is one of the best!! They did a fantastic job repairing my daughter's laptop computer after an energy drink was spilled on it. Oscar was amazing to work with and so attentive and responsive. He communicated great! Several weeks later I took my daughters cell phone in after the screen stopped responding to touch, and he fixed it no issues and even replaced our screen protector which had to be removed in order for the screen touch to be repaired. Great business with great customer service! Highly recommend!
