This establishment was so beautiful!! I went in to decorate a babyshower they went above and beyond with EXCELLENT customer service. I did not even know this place existed but I will be having my own birthday party here due to the great customer service alone. Also there was plenty of parking and seating to accommodate guest. I stayed during the event and they consistently came around checking in yo make sure the guest were ok. Definitely a 5 star location!

I give it a 1 star because of the unprofessional owner. It's a decent place inside so a 3 star for that. The owner Toya added in extra charges to the invoice that shouldn't have been on the invoice. She did remove them after us bringing it to her attention and asking her why we're certain charges on the invoice that shouldn't have been there. She knew she was wrong for doing that so she removed the chargers on the invoice after being confronted about it. JUST MAKE SURE YOU GET A CLEAR UNDERSTANDING ON WHAT YOUR PAYING FOR BEFORE USING THIS VENUE. You try to support african american businesses and they just don't do right trying to get over on people. You better bring your own liquor and drink it outside or in your vehicle. The drinks are ridiculously over priced. My husband paid $38 dollars for a double double of Tito's in a 6 ounce cup, including a tip. It was literally 2-3 sips freaking ridiculous. Then my husband purchased him another double double of Tito's and a cup of wine for my mom it was basically over $50 bucks with a tip. Also in a little 6 ounce cup, my mom cup was only half full. Then the owner tried to charge for clean up when we made sure that place was immaculate. Not saying all African American businesses are unprofessional but this owner is. JUST DO YOUR HOMEWORK VERY WELL BEFORE UTILIZING THIS VENUE.

I absolutely love this lounge! I’ve been there a few times and every time was a great time. The vibe is great and the set up is very elegant. I will be recommending Connect Lounge to everyone. And to top it off they are exceptional with customer service. If you are looking to book this is the right place.
