I scheduled an appointment to design a closet. When I arrived, there was no one to be found in the closet area. After waiting several minutes along with others, we went to the checkout and they said someone would come help. Eryn was the associate that helped with the design. I had all my measurements on the paper they had given me when I made the appointment. Eryn put the info into the software and then just started designing some type of closet system that I guess made sense to her without asking me what I wanted. When I interjected that I didn’t like what she was putting together, she changed the part I didn’t like, but then continued doing her own thing. I had to interrupt her multiple times, she did not explain what she was doing or what my options were and gave wrong information regarding drawer pulls. It was a really bad experience and I couldn’t wait to get out of there. I got a design, but it isn’t good and I was able to do a much better job by myself at another store.

The Container Store at the HBA shopping center is one of my favorite stores in Sacramento. They carry almost every type of storage in their big store. I got many new containers or other storage from this store with some new ideas too! The store is very clean and the workers are very attractive and helpful. They're happy to answer the questions you may have related to the product there or give me a new idea sometimes!

This is a fantastic store. There are so many incredible storage ideas. I just wandered through the store and brainstormed, thinking of ways to make my life simpler and more organized. The staff were very friendly, courteous and helpful. I highly suggest taking a moment to stop in and see what wonderful ideas they have in store for you.

This is a beautiful store. They have a wonderful selection but oddly enough they are lacking many sizes of plastic storage containers. The closet design section looks outstanding and has very helpful people staffing the area. They carry hangers for clothes, balls, and bicycles. Oh yeah, the restrooms are clean and will kept.
