It’s strength training, massage, breath work, and stretching all wrapped into one. I feel amazing after. Sarah Beth is a gifted instructor and so fun to work with. Studio is beautiful!

Chelsea has changed my life. I had knee replacement followed by hip and leg pain for a few years. I took consistently private equipment and mat classes for a year under the detailed observation and guidance of Chelsea- one small adjustment in form and position would make all the difference for the right muscle to work pain free! Every class I was greeted by Chelsea saying: "Anything specific you need us to work on today?" What a way to feel welcomed!.
