Dallas Dog Palace is the BEST! Our dog loves playing with her friends at daycare and runs to get inside when we drop her off. We have boarded her for overnight/weekend visits and extended stay travel including a recent multiple-week vacation. Jennifer, Eryn, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a solid plan for such a long stay, building in one-on-one walks and personalized attention. We received daily updates, pictures and feedback. Communication was abundant and seamless. We are incredibly impressed by the professionalism and dedication of the team…You can tell they truly love what they do!

Our German Shepherd, Motley, is usually anxious but he loves Dallas Dog Palace! The facility is very clean and we always feel very welcome and assured by the staff and owner. They send daily report cards with pictures of the dogs having a great time. Dallas Dog Palace is the only place we trust to send our dog for both daycare and boarding!

You’ll see a lot of amazing reviews and I can tell you they are completely accurate :) We’ve been bringing our now 2 year old lab, Ollie, to Dallas Dog Palace for Doggie Day Care for over a year and have also boarded him here as well. Jennifer and her team are amazing. The facility is clean, well staffed with a manageable dog to person ratio to where I always know Ollie is safe and having the best day ever. It’s fun to see pictures in his report card, his behavior throughout the day and also the friends he played with- too cute. As the ultimate DINKWAD couple obsessed with their pup, we cannot recommend Dallas Dog Palace enough!

I have been taking my dog Breeze to Dallas Dog Palace for over a year now and I can't say enough good things about them. Breeze looooves going to daycare and playing with his furry friends. He always comes home happy and tired. The people working there are amazing and caring. They treat our pets like their own and that's all we can ask for. They also send us a doggy report card of his daycare days, which is so cute and thoughtful. We get plenty of pictures when Breeze is boarding, so we can see how much fun he is having. They are very attentive and professional. They notify us of any changes in his health or behavior and always follow our instructions. We have nothing but great things to say about Dallas Dog Palace, Jennifer, Dillan, and the rest of the team!

Dallas Dog Palace is AMAZING! My babies have stayed there for Daycare and for Boarding and have loved every minute! They are so excited when we arrive, we have to run to the door. One of my dogs had a traumatic experience with another dog as a puppy and is very shy with other dogs. They have been so patient with her and they have worked with her. She is finally making some furry friends! Dallas Dog Palace is run with a true heart for dogs. I am so thankful to have people and a place that I trust with my babies.
