Love this place and the women there! Super welcoming and knowledgeable! I take my shitzu here and have always been happy. Having a dog with long hair was a learning adjustment at first but Kaylin has never been judgmental when mochi showed up matted. She gave me tips to help prevent them and shaves her prone areas.
It was 6 months ago but it still bothers me. I’m so confused as to how they have more than 1 star. I have never experienced such a bad grooming . Waited 6 weeks for the appointment. Thought must be good with all the hype. Nope! Was wrong. Never again. Then when we voiced our disapproval , the unprofessional rudeness from the owner. We found our grooming home. Pay way less, get in within a week and have received top notch grooming.
We love Dapper Dog Grooming! Our 2 ShihTzus always get a wonderful spa grooming. The owner and groomers do a fabulous job each time we visit. They are so good and loving with each dog and really work to fulfill our style requests! We are grateful for finding this business!
We were having a hard time finding an available groomer nearby. Because of this, our sheepadoodle became very matted. Carrie, one of the two owners of Dapper Dog Spaw did what she could do to salvage Piper this time. She did an excellent job given the task at hand. From the other dogs I saw at their business, I am confident our dog will look like the many doodles Dapper Dog services. The dogs I saw looked great! The business has no cages so the dogs are in an open area. Remarkably, their place of business seemed to provide a calm atmosphere and all dogs there seemed to be relaxed and happy. I look forward to Piper’s November grooming with Carrie and her staff. I think we have found a grooming home.
WE LOVE DAPPER DOG! We have been using them as our one and only groomer for almost 2 years now and we just cannot thank them enough for the quality time and work they do on our pupper! Rufio is a 14 yr old Shih Tzu. He is old, and grouchy. He has aches and pains. These girls are so kind and so gentle and so sweet with him that he jumps at their door with excitement when we drop him off! When I first brought him to Dapper Dog, we were struggling with his skin constantly being oily and his fur was so gross and so nasty no matter how much we bathed him. Turns out the visits to the department store groomers were NOT good for him. The girls put us on a special skin care plan and they even gave us products to use at home to help him. It only took a few weeks to get his skin healthier and ever since he has been the cutest little fluffiest poofy boy! We LOVE our Dapper Dog family and we can't get enough of them!
