Donna did a fantastic job on my Roxi girl. She came out so happy & squeaky clean!! I am not from the area & just here for work for a while, but wish I was, because I would come here again & again. Price was amazing for the quality of service given to Roxi. Highly highly recommend & will be returning before I head back home!!
This is the best place!!! I started bringing my puppy here for socialization and training. She does puppy kindergarten. I get weekly videos updates on all the new skills she learns. I also get a detailed report. They do the most adorable photoshoots and themed treats. My heart melts when I bring my little Shelby here and she runs in to happily greet the staff!!! I can’t thank the staff here enough for giving my puppy so much love.
I decided to take my dog to this place because he received a gift card, so I thought it would be a good opportunity to try their services. Unfortunately, my experience was not very good. When I called to confirm the appointment, the person who answered didn’t give me the correct information about which location my reservation was made for. Still, I decided to go, trusting that they could assist me once I arrived. When I got there, the front desk staff was not friendly. I felt that their attitude was somewhat discriminatory toward Latino customers. I don’t understand why they advertise that they speak Spanish if they clearly feel uncomfortable assisting people who do. One of the girls spoke Spanish, but she never offered to communicate in it, even after I mentioned that my English wasn’t very fluent. Later, they called a lady who did speak Spanish — she was kind, patient, and professional. She took the time to explain everything clearly, and I could tell she was a genuinely good person. I regret not remembering her name because she was truly the best part of my visit. The biggest issue happened when I came back to pick up my dog. I had paid for a service that included nail trimming and filing, ear cleaning, and a full bath, but when I checked, his nails were not properly trimmed or filed, his ears were not cleaned, and his coat didn’t smell fresh or clean. The work seemed to have been done with little attention to detail and care. I’m not the type of person who usually leaves negative reviews, but I believe it’s important to share my experience honestly and respectfully. I truly hope the owners can read this and take it as an opportunity to improve. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect and to receive quality service — regardless of the language they speak or where they come from.
The Dog House Pet Salon is hands down the best place for grooming, daycare, and boarding! My dog Smiles has a long history with the team—he was rescued by Donna, the owner, after being dumped in a parking lot, and thanks to her, he found his way into my pack. I bring all my dogs here…from my 18 year old, 12lb anxious mixed breed to my 3 year old, 110lb Rottie/Shepherd mix…and, now, my newly adopted Smiles! They are always impeccably groomed and extremely well cared for. Whether it’s Melissa and the daycare team or the incredible groomers, I know Smiles is in the best hands. When I recently had to travel for work, boarding him here gave me complete peace of mind—I knew he was safe, loved, and happy. Every time I pick him up, he looks and smells amazing, but more importantly, he’s content and happy, as he’s been treated like family. The Dog House team is responsible, caring, and truly passionate about every pet they care for. If you need grooming, daycare, or boarding, this is the place to go! Very sad. My show quality Pekingese be ame pet quality. It has been cut too short, legs like chicken, feet looks like poodle. I wish they contact me if they don't know how to trim Pekingese. 3 picture today, last picture was before trim.😭 Owner Donna called me to fix once her fur grow - it Will probably takes 4-8 months. Donna also offer me to she will be triming her. Thank you
