Easy to schedule appointments on line. Melany works hard to make a experience for the pet. My dog is very "active" however Melany always does a great job. I highly recommend The DogSpaw!

I’ve taken my two mini poodles here several times now and every time we have a great experience! It’s very easy to make an appointment and the staff are very friendly! Melany groomed my pups a couple of times and we really love her! You can tell she really cares about the pups and and what she does!

I was referred to The Dog Spaw as the place I use is not full service right now the groomer had surgery and is unavailable. I made appointment with Oksana and was very pleased with drop off and pick up. My spoiled pup was in need of trim. Assessment before and detailed inquiry before was worth it. My husband liked the results. He always fussed about it's to short around the face. This place did a great job. Will go back he was will tended and treated.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Dog Spaw. I have been bringing my dog here for nearly three years, but after this visit, I will not be returning ever. After my dog’s appointment, we discovered that he had been cut during grooming, which was not even mentioned to me at pickup. On top of that, I was charged an additional fee for brushing and dental, something that has never happened in all the years I’ve been here. Since the appointment, my dog has been noticeably anxious and fearful, behaving as if he is injured, which is extremely concerning. No accountability was taken and I was not offered any discount, refund, or compensation of any kind. This visit was almost $120, which is insane given my dog is 10 lbs and came home with a wound. As a pet owner, this experience is deeply troubling, especially since my dog has never reacted this way after being groomed before.
