Eddy is knowledgeable and has my favorite quality in a trainer: the ability to deftly modify what he's doing depending on who he's working with. He works with everyone from high level fighters to young novice exercisers and provides a fun and challenging experience for these and for all levels in between. Strong recommend!

Being a professional Mixed Martial Artist, strength training is extremely important. Having a guy like Eddy on my team has been a major asset to not only myself, but other guys around me. Eddie is very knowledgeable and has a great skill set. He is able to adapt his training and workouts to allow for and to serve various age groups and physical fitness levels. He is very flexible and accommodating to the client with respect to scheduling. I travel a great deal each week and he is always open to rescheduling my session(s) whether to a different time on a scheduled day or even to a different day. What I appreciate and like the most is his level of respect and professionalism with the client. I am very comfortable training with him and he always gives you the positive to your growth and/or work out sessions. I really enjoy being his client and would highly recommend his services.
