I’ve been a memeber here since July 2025. Thoroughly impressed with the staff and facility. Machine selection is great, fitness floor is clean, and the smoothie bar is wonderful after a workout. As a personal trainer myself who has worked in/out at many facilities over the years, I am very impressed.
I've been going to The Edge for a couple of years now and have never had a bad experience. Tasha was awesome when she signed us up, and has been so helpful with many other things since then. Thank you Tasha! Front desk is always nice, Max is a top-tier concierge. Membership rules are very straight-forward, less of a hassle than other gyms. Facilities are kept clean. Great place!
Update 1/11/2026 Since my last review this gym has spiraled to a new low! I came to workout hoping they would finally have NFL games up since it's the playoffs? So I find one TV with the game on and it's the one at the front counter where two female employees are chatting away while playing on their phones! So I'm watching the game while working out on the machines around the TV area and I stepped away for a moment it's about 6:30 p.m. now and the gym closes at 7pm! I come back 5 minutes later it's the only TV that's been turned off? I said to the girl could you please turn the TV back on the game's got 5 minutes left? She says no the TV has to be turned off. I said why all the other ones are still on? She snaps back! "I'm not turning it back on"! So I just turned and left. I'm 63 years old and I have never had an employee encounter like this before. And this employee use to be friendly when she first started working there! But for whatever reason she turned into a little you know what and I'm fairly certain she turned the TV off on purpose. My advice stay far far away from this place it has gone downhill quickly! I'll be cancelling my membership ASAP
I’ve been a member (not just on a guest pass anymore) here since October of last year, and honestly, the experience has gotten worse over time. Let me start with the only positive: the staff. The people who work the front desk and floor are friendly, helpful, and genuinely trying. Nearly all of the issues I have with this gym come from decisions made at the operations level, not the staff on-site. They’re the only saving grace of this location. Now for the problems: Hours: This used to be a 24-hour gym. Now the hours are so restrictive it barely feels usable. Closing at 7 PM on weekends is absurd. For a gym that advertises convenience, these hours make it anything but. Equipment Maintenance: The treadmills feel like they’ve never been serviced. Belts slip, wobble, and just feel worn out. For a place with this many members, basic maintenance shouldn’t be optional. Cardio Theater: When the movie even plays at all, it’s usually cropped wrong. Think “bootleg DVD from 2005.” Entire sections of the picture are cut off—characters missing eyebrows, scenes missing their top third. It totally defeats the purpose of having a cardio theater, and it’s been like this repeatedly. Guest System: Somehow this got worse, too. I pay extra to bring a guest. It used to be simple—scan a QR code, fill out a quick survey. Now we have to stand in line so I can tell someone my email after scanning my membership card. It’s slower, outdated, and inconvenient. --- Overall, the staff is great, but everything else feels like a downgrade. I joined because my friends went here, and now they’ve all left—and honestly, I don’t blame them. At this rate, I’ll probably be switching gyms soon, too.
Have been going to the gym about a year and really enjoy all the classes and the women's room. It is clean and has the necessary equipment and nice locker rooms. Things that could be improved: the sauna is rarely working and the instructor Elizabeth is very unmotivating as she often does not want to do the workout herself. Generally avoid her classes even if the time works better.
