Josh, Joe, and Ben were amazing ! Super wholesome, welcoming, knowledgeable, and supportive! Sadly, We have completed all the rooms here today, however, they were all so great! I would highly recommend this escape room company to both newcomers and seasoned veterans. The rooms are all super immersive and aesthetically pleasing! There wasn’t one we didn’t like! The game play in each room was super unique and well thought out! I am just really sad there aren’t more at this location because everyone is so nice! The last two We played are the depths and finished strong in our journey with playground. Both rooms we didn’t use a clue which was impressive! All of the puzzles flow together so you aren’t standing around not know what to do. If anything, definitely need more than two people for playground only because the amount of puzzles you have to do( or be like us and run wild). Overall, highly recommend this escape room along with any of the game masters there! We will miss you guys! Thank you for the signed card and game!!! Very thoughtful, we will cherish it

I’ve completed over 15 rooms, & gold rush Maybe the best room I’ve ever done. Jewels helped us choose the room & was a great help. Brandon was our game master & was great although we never asked for a single clue. We were 1 minute off the record. The top. Is not guaranteed to be private which is the only downside but we loved our room mates : Isaac, Kate, Vera & Nora. High production value, great puzzles. We love break out but this was even better.must try

I've been to my share of escape rooms, this is definitely one of the best ones! We chose The Heist due to availability and I'm so glad we did because it was a great one, lots of clues and it was interesting because my nephew and my sister-in-law had not yet done it yet so it was fun to watch them. Thank you for the great experience and I can't wait to come back and do it again! Happy heisting!♥️

jules was the absolute best game guide. my boyfriend and i were traveling and she was very accommodating with our planning. she gave great hints during the game and all around loved being able to help us. they also made us this cute halloween post card for us. we’re super appreciative with our experience and will be back when we’re in Columbus!!

Was very fun. The whole setup was a good time. The games are very interactive. Puzzles were a little hard on the level nine room, but if it was too easy, it wouldn't have been fun.
