Fun escape rooms designed for collaboration and outside-of-the-box thinking. The Titanic room was immersive and perfect for varying skill sets. Enjoyed solving the game with my 16-year-old niece, 13-year-old nephew, big sister and husband.

Great time with I think Nelly and Hailey on 4/28/26. They did a great job introducing and orienting us to the room. They took great care of us. Regarding the room we played, great idea trying to steal the Mona Lisa. Though there were to many number locks that didn’t really progress with the flow of the game. Granted my group didn’t play as well as normal. Maybe we didn’t have our coffee. 🤷♂️

My complaint is less with the room and more with the staff. I've been to dozens of escape rooms and 9 out of 10 times staff are welcoming, warm, and give a great air to the overall experience. These staff members were polite enough but left an unwelcoming energy. We did not do well in our first room and we were fine with that but, I wanted to do a second right after it to keep going with our night. Manager Alex had told us that since we weren't that great in the first he didn't advise a second and it rubbed me the wrong way completely. Also some puzzles/objects are not built for folks who are shorter and they force you to use a clue if you desire the use of a calculator. I don't agree with this against the player mindset.

This was our first time doing an escape room, and we had an awesome time in the Titanic room! It was definitely a lot more challenging than we anticipated but we saved the jewels with just under 3 minutes to spare! I definitely recommend The Escape Room USA, it was a lot of fun!!

We are extremely disappointed with this place and the way we were treated. We called ahead to ask if a specific escape room was available and whether we could walk in, and we were told yes. At no point did anyone tell us that we needed to arrive a certain amount of time early. Based on that information, we drove 20 minutes there and paid about $30 for parking. When we arrived, the staff member told us they needed another 10–15 minutes to “settle us in” and refused to let us start. What made this even more frustrating is that we have played at this exact same location before, and in the past they themselves have started the game later than the scheduled time and kept us waiting. But today suddenly they were completely unwilling to accommodate us in any way. The staff member was also not cooperative at all and came across as dismissive. After we had called ahead and made the effort to come there, the whole interaction felt incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. In the end, we paid $30 for parking and left without being able to play. A very disappointing experience.
