I do a lot of escape rooms. Actually this was my third escape room just this week. This is really the worst place I've ever gone. The rooms didn't have heat and I was freezing. It was way too dark to see the clues and puzzles and no flashlight was provided. Directions were contradicting... don't move pictures, move pictures, don't move furniture... but move the furniture. The puzzles were more frustrating than interesting and felt weirdly cobbled together. The clues weren't attentive to where we were in the game. I would pick any of 6+ other local establishments before going to this place. 0/10, do not recommend.
This review is solely for the Titanic room, as it’s the only one I’ve done at this location. My family and I have done roughly 12 escape rooms across several US states as well as 2 in Athens, Greece. We have failed 3 times. The Titanic room was our most recent failure. As a group, we felt the puzzles were not intuitive in the way to which we have become accustomed. The theme was also relatively weakly represented. Ultimately not a fun time for any of us, and we really tend to enjoy these things, even when we fail.
I liked the room we chose to go to , only thing I would say about this place is they should invest in a elavator for people who are disabled or cant do to many stairs I was so tired by the time I got up to the main entrance that when it was time to go into room you had to climb 2 more sets of stairs. Just wanted to walk right into have fun. But once in the room it was a lot of fun watching my kids try to solve the mystery. I enjoyed it .
We have done several escape rooms. Most of them out-of-state. This was by far the worst one. We have ever been to twice. We asked for help and was only given a clue to something. We had already figured out and opened. We were told that nothing was behind. Pictures on the walls Once we got to the final stage of the game. The Mona Lisa picture we had to ask for help now. There was 10 minutes and 40 seconds left. By the time 5 minutes rolled around, we asked for help. It took them over a minute to get back with us when they did. They told us to look behind the picture which we were told from the get-go not to remove the pictures. The game was very poorly set up fairly poorly ran. I would not recommend this to I would not recommend this to anyone. When the person was giving hints, they act like they were trying to read something to us that they didn't even understand
We had a good time; our “handler” was attentive and helpful when we needed clues. Which we did need, because some of the puzzles were slightly obtuse/unclear. But overall it was fun. Also the picture taken at the end of the escape room was so crooked 😂 I would come here again, but it was not a fantastic escape room.
