The Playground was great! Kayla was our game guide and did an amazing job of steering us in the right direction the handful of times we were stuck! Wonderful for families & kids of all ages!

If you’re a fan of Only Murders in the Building, clever puzzles, or simply love a great immersive experience, this escape room is an absolute must. From the moment we stepped inside, we were transported directly into the quirky, layered world of the Arconia. The attention to detail was phenomenal — every clue felt intentional, every puzzle connected back to the storyline, and the entire experience was perfectly balanced between challenge and fun. What truly made our adventure unforgettable was our game guide, Evan. He was the perfect combination of personable, knowledgeable, and attentive without ever breaking the flow of the game. Evan set the tone from the minute we walked in with a warm welcome and a clear, upbeat explanation of how everything worked. Throughout the experience he provided just enough guidance to keep us moving while still letting us savor the thrill of solving each puzzle ourselves. Evan’s enthusiasm for the theme and his sharp timing elevated the entire experience. It felt like he was genuinely rooting for us, and that energy made all the difference. Whether you’re new to escape rooms or a seasoned pro, this one delivers — and if you’re lucky enough to get Evan as your guide, you’re in for a fantastic time. Highly recommend. It was my boyfriend and I’s first time here and we had the absolute BEST time! Holly was so nice and informative, she even offered to take our picture. We did ‘The Heist’ room (listed as 8/10 difficulty) and it was more than worth it. So many twists and turns! We will definitely be back! 🖤

So much fun! This place is great. Ben is the coolest too! Give him a raise. 😁 Seriously though! This place is worth the money and fun with friends! Update: went back. Another great experience and Jacob was the bomb diggity Update x2: Pluto was a phenomenal help. They were super helpful and the room was a blast.

Chi was an amazing game master!! She was so helpful and I felt like she was in on it, laughing along with us in the best way. Thanks for the amazing experience!! The clues were challenging but not too hard that we couldn't enjoy ourselves. Thanks for letting us do the late night time slot!! We'll definitely be back and preferably get to have Chi as our host!!
