Had a great time here! Went for my fiancées birthday in December and we had a blast! Was actually challenging and we finished with about 2 minutes to spare in an hour time frame! We had done the wine vault escape room which was the hardest room to do. Took a BIG group of friends (about 8 of us) and even though I had booked a bigger party and some people were unable to make it, they had refunded me the difference w 2 cups of drink of my choice, with unlimited refills! Definitely recommended, from the customer service standpoint and the challenging nature of the escape room, definitely will be recommending!

This was so much fun! Highly recommend this small business. It's 100% on par with the chain brand escape rooms. Our puzzle master, Alex, was great. We had the perfect amount of fun and challenge. The room kept all 4 of us busy the entire time, it was super clean, and Alex took time after we escaped to point some things out and answer some of our questions and laugh with us over some of the silly choices we'd made. We'll be back!

It was a lot of fun! Our gamemaster, Edin, was thorough in explaining the clue possibilities, the types of locks and how they worked, and giving helpful information for our quest ( and hints when needed). Deciphering the clues was challenging but doable. We all participated in finding clues and figuring out what they meant and how they could be used. We solved the puzzle--found " Rudolph's Gift" with time to spare! It was a fun night and the perfect Christmas activity for family and friends. Thank you Grapevine Escape for a great time!

This is probably the best escape room we have done. We have done a lot of rooms at tons of different companies and this one was definitely challenging and fun, so much so that we went back a few more times in the same week. Ron was our game master and he was very in to it and so helpful without giving us too much. He even included my nonverbal autistic son in the game where possible. We had a blast and have done all 3 of the current rooms, now we wait until February when they switch out Rudolph!! Thanks again, great experience, love the refillable cups while you’re playing!! Can’t wait to go play again soon!

Best escape room experience I’ve ever had. We did The Wine Vault room, and it was one of the best times I’ve had doing a game of any kind! What a BLAST! Alex was an amazing host. Our “souvenir glasses” were a great part of the experience too! Russel, the entire team, and the ambiance and team were terrific! If you haven’t been here - COME!
