So glad I found this gym. It fits my busy life perfectly as it’s only 20 minutes per workout, trust me you won’t want to do any longer than that as your body will be on fire! I’ve completed 11 sessions so far & already can feel the strength I’m gaining as well as muscle growth. The trainers are all friendly and great to work with too. I’m on the One-On-One plan so I get a personalized workout tailored to what body part I want to focus on the most. I’ve also changed my diet to increase my protein intake per their guidance so that I see optimal muscle growth from my gym sessions. Try it, you won’t be disappointed!
