My coach was great BUT . . . The space is small, minimal air circulation, there are only about 4 or 5 machines and the routine is the same every time, same machines, same workouts the only thing that changes is the weight. Its in a small office type setting, which is odd. Bathroom is down tbe hall. The fees too high. No flexibility. It was $900+ for 20 sessions and if you dont use them in your time limit, you lose them. I feel they stole from me. I sincerely regret paying them over $900+ I feel the owner took advantage of me. I spoke to the owner and she didnt care. I only used about 1/3 of my workout and had to leave town. So I lost the remainder of my sessions because my time expired. Owner said it was my fault because I didnt request "vacation time." Geeze, what a scam. Never again. NOT WORTH THE MONEY.

I have done strength training for many years. This method developed by The Exercise Coach is highly effective for building muscles. My triceps are much less flabby! I really enjoy my sessions with Trainer Amy, even though it kills me, its good for me!
