I’ve been working out with Kevin and he’s really helped me get back into shape after an illness where I lost a lot of weight and muscle. I really appreciate trainers that have knowledge beyond just exercise but also lifestyle and diet. Thanks to Kevin, Laurence, Mikey and Ashley! Happy New Years!!!!

Top-notch facility. From the very first meeting, Kevin took the time to truly understand what I was looking for and what I needed. There was no fluff, no BS, and no upselling. He listened, met me where I was, and confidently recommended the strength class based on my goals—not on a sales pitch. The strength class itself exceeded expectations. From the warm-up through each training block, it’s immediately clear that the coach, Mason, genuinely cares about the individual athlete while still keeping the broader performance goals of The Performance Ranch at the forefront. The programming is intentional, well-structured, and purposeful. One aspect I didn’t anticipate—but really appreciated—was the flexibility with scheduling. My work schedule is sporadic and unpredictable, and when I mentioned this casually, Mason immediately offered to accommodate missed sessions when possible. That level of professionalism and athlete-first mindset is exactly what I was looking for.

I started at Performance Ranch several months ago to work on my overall strength in order to improve my running. Not only have I gotten stronger and faster, but I'm actually enjoying strength training for the first time in my life! Kevin makes it fun and has taught me tons of exercises that I never knew before. He leads me through tougher workouts than I would do on my own, and has helped me with my running form as well. PR is worth the money – you've got a member for life!

The performance ranch has been amazing! All of the trainers are super kind and very knowledgeable! I have been personally training with Coach Mikey, and he has been truly the reason for my happiness at the gym. He is a super amazing guy with so much information on everything you do. On top of his professionalism in the gym, he is a super amazing dude that has helped me reach my goals in the gym.
