When my wife passed away, I faced the daunting task of planning her Celebration of Life at the Moose Lodge in Muskego, Wisconsin. Dealing with logistics while navigating grief was incredibly difficult. Thankfully, The Food Truck Hub, an event planner based out of Chicago, stepped in and made the entire process seamless. They lifted a huge burden off my shoulders right away. All I had to do was give them a general menu idea, and they handled the rest, turning my concept into a complete, easy-to-manage catering solution. They are flexible and accommodating—you can specify the number of trucks you need and even request a dedicated dessert truck! Jamie and Elena were wonderful to work with. They are highly professional, making sure to align with all my specific needs. Their communication was excellent; they proactively reached out via email and phone, always respecting my preference, and kept me in the loop every step of the way. If you are looking for a reliable, compassionate, and efficient team to handle the catering for an important event, I wholeheartedly recommend The Food Truck Hub. If you have an event, whether corporate or social, this is absolutely the company you should use. My husband and I wanted to have food be the focus for our wedding. We are both lovers of all sorts of fare, so we thought food trucks would provide the variety and fun we were seeking to have. We credit choosing Chicago Food Truck Hub as one of the best decisions we could have made. Yes, the variety of trucks they work with was wonderful, but the impressive part was their handling of the event. They communicated consistently leading up to the day. They worked with our venue seamlessly. And day of they handled the set up, service, and strike down so effectively, we were never faced with concerns. They even saved a piece of GF cake for my family member so she wouldn't miss out. It is nice to know that someone else is handling the details and doing it so well that you can actually enjoy your wedding- and this team did that. Also people raved about the trucks. The bao truck was definitely a bit hit with everyone, and our american-style truck did such a great job with handling dietary restrictions. We really appreciated everything they did for us, what we saw and what they controlled behind the scenes.

Our experience with the food truck hub was so great, I don't even know where to start! Jamie and Elena helped plan and coordinate our wedding catering for 170 people. The event went flawlessly and everyone raved about the quality and efficiency of the food trucks. Jamie was a pleasure to work with throughout the planning process. He was responsive, friendly and attentive. We couldn't have found a better option for our wedding. Highly recommend for your next event!

The Food Truck Hub did a phenomenal job handling QCC’s annual company luncheon. Elena reached out soon after I requested information. From the initial consultation to the day of our event, communication was fantastic with all questions promptly answered. Our requests, including budget, were listened to and we were paired with the perfect food truck (Tacos Mario’s). It was great doing business with The Food Truck Hub and they made our event planning painless. Thank you, Jamie and Elena!

We used The Food Truck Hub for our wedding at the end of May, and we felt everything came together beautifully through this team! We had several calls with Jamie and Elena before our big day, and they were both extremely kind, patient, and helpful in listening to our vision and answering all the questions we had. There was a lot we just didn't know about with event planning, but Elena and Jamie especially were just so knowledgable with everything we asked about, and just so kind! We never felt like we were being a burden or had asked a "dumb" question. We also had a lot of unknowns going into our wedding day with everything being outdoors, but Jamie gave us so much helpful information and personal expertise that not only made us feel great about going into the big day, but ultimately gave us a beautiful wedding that our loved ones cannot stop going on and on about. Their catering recommendations were also phenomenal - we loved having the D&D Shack food trucks, and A Taste of the Philippines for our apps and desserts! Jamie also ended up being the lead event coordinator for the day of our wedding, and that was just the icing on top of the cake - he made sure everything ran as planned, and we are just so grateful for his kindness and talents he shared with us. Would highly recommend for any event - Jamie is so down to earth, and the whole team were just rockstars!!
