Been here a few times and always have a great time! Especially great on those cold winter evenings. Lots of arcade games. Indoor playground area with several slides and foam ball area! Several premium games available. Good food at reasonable prices with drinks for adults. 4 party rooms for birthdays/events.
Showed up at about 11:30am on a Sunday. Tried to order food but the cook was alone and said she was too backed up to even take orders for at least 30 min. The laser tag and XD game had nobody manning them so the kids couldn't use them. Eventually more workers showed up closer to 1. Edit: The kids had a blast but management should be more present to address issues described above.
Our party host, Jazzy went above and beyond for my son's birthday. She made the experience wonderful and special. I also appreciated her energy dealing with 12 second and third grade boys!
Your experience here will vary greatly depending on which young people are running the various games/rides. For example, a young man named Alex did a GREAT job ACTUALLY cleaning the VR Hologate game, sizing the head sets on different people, working efficiently and being polite. The girl who worked it before him was busy waving to friends, barely helped get head sets on (leaving ear pieces wide open and not adjusting the top strap), and I didn't see her clean a hand held or head set ONCE. Some of the teens that ran the Dark ride let very small children on, when it's supposed to have a height requirement. Other teens don't care at all about the budging at the bumper cars. Some of the employees are engaging and fun towards kids, others have the generic teen attitude that should probably have stayed home. Some "rides" or "games" like the VALOARENA or the Lazer maze don't have anyone running it. You have to kinda hope for some respect from the other clientele. Usually things are pretty clean, but my visit today was very sticky. Many tables and chairs went without any tending to for the +4 hours my family spent here. With all the nitpicking aside, overall the place is fun. Generally safe atmosphere, well lit, somewhat noisy obviously. Prizes are as expected after the arcade. Pretty fair prices but for a family of 4, expect to spend between $100-150 Cool thing: when we arrived, parents were ½ price for the big bang package after paying for the kids.
The kids enjoyed themselves and the birthday party we attended went smooth. The food was alright for the first time going there and the staff were all wonderful. We would definitely go back again. Only 4 stars because my waffle fries were really salty.
