This is such an amazing boarding facility! My older choclate lab has stayed with them now two times and both experiences have been absolutely amazing! The facility is very clean and nice, and the owners are amazing and send daily pictures! It's the only place I'll trust for my Bailey girl's boarding needs for our time here in El paso.

We recently left our two schnauzers, Lulu and Nina, at Fur Seasons Pet Hotel for the weekend while we were out of town, and we had a great experience. The staff kept us updated every day, which gave us a lot of peace of mind while we were away. The facility was very clean, and everyone we interacted with was friendly and professional. It felt like our dogs were in a safe and trustworthy place. We will definitely bring Lulu and Nina back the next time we need boarding!

We had an out of town event to attend and couldn’t take our two new puppies with us. I found this place and didn’t really know what to expect but Juan assured me that our new puppies were going to be fine. The time we were gone, Juan kept in contact by sharing pictures of our little ones and answering all the questions we had. The place is big, nice and very clean. We were so pleased and happy to have found this place. Our puppies were well taken cared off. When we picked them up they were happy and wiggling their tails. They were bathed and ready to go. Thank you Juan and your staff for the great care you gave our babies (Jack and Sally)

I had to leave my dogs for two nights because I had a trip. I was very nervous because I’m very attached to them and I was terrified of leaving them somewhere. I trusted this place, and it was amazing. The entire staff is very kind and was always attentive to my calls and messages. They kept me updated about my dogs the whole time! My dogs were very happy, and I highly recommend this place. Whenever I need to leave them again, I will definitely bring them here.
