Absolutely LOVE this place and more importantly my fluffy Husky loves it here! I am new to the area and found this place just before they opened but they were great about communicating about their opening date. I boarded my husky with them for 9 days over the holiday break while I was out of the area and they were wonderful about checking in with photos of my buddy! They communicated when he went on his expected husky hunger strike (a little whipped cream fixed that problem and I made sure I gave them some just for that purpose). Another great service the provide (for a nominal cost) was an exit bath which I loved too because I appreciated being home a nice clean pup. Also, they have a great app for uploading all necessary vaccine info, pet specific information and for seeing photos of your pet. Overall, the staff is AMAZING, the facility is brand new and well maintained. I am very appreciative of how much the staff cared for my best friend and it allowed me to have peace of mind while I was on vacation away from him. Highly recommend them!!!
From the moment I first called The Fur Seasons and talked to Juan, the owner, I immediately felt at ease to have our dogs boarded here. Upon arriving for our meet and greet, Juan and his staff greeted both our pups and welcomed them with open arms! Both of our dogs were happy and thriving through the whole visit. There are several play areas and dog runs in the back, so it is truly a beautiful setup and our dogs loved all the open space! We were traveling back home to Chicago and felt total peace of mind throughout our week long trip. Juan has created an incredible customer portal which includes access to daily photos posted of your pups. We looked forward to these pictures EVERY morning! We couldn’t wait for that email notification that we had new pictures to look at. Not only that, but they included the cutest captions outlining what the dogs were up to that day. We were so impressed with the level of customer care that Juan and his team provided throughout our girls’ stay! We felt confident leaving our dogs there, but the daily updates really solidified that they were in a safe and caring environment while we were gone. I would give The Fur Seasons 10 stars if I could! We had an amazing experience from beginning to end, and being new to El Paso, we are so grateful to have found our new go-to place for boarding, daycare and grooming needs for our pups. We are excited to take our girls back and I know they can’t wait to go back too! Thank you so much to Juan and his team — we are forever thankful for such an amazing experience and we are already raving about this place to everyone! 🤍🤍
I had an amazing experience leaving my dog, Bronny, at The Fur Seasons. I was extremely happy with how well he was treated, he looked so happy and comfortable in every picture they shared with me. The staff truly went above and beyond to make him feel safe and at home, which gave me so much peace of mind. Juan was amazing, super attentive, caring, and incredibly friendly with Bronny. You can really tell they genuinely love and care for the dogs. I wouldn’t hesitate to bring Bronny back and highly recommend The Fur Seasons to anyone looking for a place that treats your pet like family.
My dog Ciaran had such a great first time being boarded at The Fur Seasons; Juan is so amazing and friendly and absolutely loves Ciaran. He's a very timid, shy little guy, but he warmed up quickly and had a blast during his stay there. The prices were reasonable and with plenty of add-ons, so I really loved the chance to let Ciaran have treats during his stay and end his stay with a bath! I can't recommend this place enough and I will be bringing Ciaran back here for sure!
First time I’ve used the Fur Seasons for two of my six dogs for New Year’s Eve & New Years Day fireworks. They went insane last year and July 4th busting out of their crates due to the fireworks. Took my Max & Oreo, the most frantic of my bunch. They loved their stay there!!!. Juan and his staff were so welcoming and patient w my very skittish Max and his super hyper sister, Oreo. But they got comfortable very quickly and were perfectly fine. I was the nervous one bc I’ve never left them anywhere but the email updates and photos of them put me at ease immediately. This was a vacation for me too! Looking forward to using The Fur Seasons for daycare socialization and future kennel stays so my wife and I can go on vacation w peace of mind!!
