A lovely colleague took me to this beautiful café after a work event, and I’m so glad she did. The interior is stunning, filled with lush green plants that instantly make the space feel calm and welcoming. Everything about the place — from the décor to the drinks and food — is incredibly inviting. The brightly painted furniture adds a joyful, uplifting feel, and being surrounded by greenery made the whole experience wonderfully relaxing. There are plenty of gluten-free and vegan options, which is always a big plus. I ordered a pot of immune tea with ginger and cayenne pepper, and it was honestly out of this world — one of the best teas I’ve ever had. I also tried the mango flapjack, which was absolutely delicious. I genuinely wanted to try every cake on display. This is the kind of place you’d happily keep coming back to, even though it’s a bit of a hike from where I live. A door to door, 3 hours, so maybe not too often for me. The toilets were clean and thoughtfully designed — the whale illustrations on the walls and door made me smile. There’s also an accessible toilet with a baby-changing station, which is great to see. I’ve heard it gets very busy on weekends, especially around lunchtime, so plan accordingly. Highly recommended — a real gem.

Everything was delicious and full of flavour. The aubergine was my favourite – absolutely amazing! The Japanese pancake was also really good. We really enjoyed our meal. Thank you!

Loved it, it's amazing inside with all the plants. Staff were lovely. Food was really good. The pancakes in particular, which also got a double thumbs up from our daughter (she is a fussy critic!). Highly recommended.

Love how well they look after all the plants — it gives the place such a nice vibe. Great choice of small plates on the evening menu, with some fun twists in the flavours. And the cakes are amazing, with plenty of vegan options too. Definitely worth popping in if you’re nearby!
