Will was very friendly and helpful as he took the time to show me how to adjust my water heater and advised me about some small issues in my house. He fixed the leak in my basement and assured me that my water heater was in good shape. I liked the access to a tracking system so I could see when he was arriving in real time. He was also very friendly to my welcoming cat, which I appreciated! I never felt like Will was in a hurry and I felt at ease the whole time he was here. If I have any other plumbing issue I would be happy to have him back!

After a terrible booking experience with another big plumbing company, I have nothing to say but praises for the Gentlemen Pros Plumbing team for replacing my garburator. From the booking experience (wish I caught her name, she was very pleasant working from the in house call centre) to the timely scheduling (the 30-45 min arrival headsup notification was helpful, so i wasnt just sitting around waiting) to the same day quote and install, was as efficient as it could get. Bonus, my tech Chris was polite, friendly, and quite capable (he must be, as he had an assigned shadow, Lara, learning the trade from him). I appreciated that they took the time to test the new unit before calling it a day. No hesitation here to call Gentlemen Plumbers for my next plumbing adventure. Thanks Chris and Lara.

I'll admit that the song that plays when you phone the number is somewhat obnoxious and cannot stealthy book a plumber while at work...without EVERYONE knowing what you're doing....hahaha But overall, I had a great experience with the process from start to finish! Donitta (I don't know how to spell her name) was so kind on the phone and sent prompt messages to let me know when to expect the plumbers to come) and the plumbers who came to my home (Ben S and Shawn). They were incredibly charming and brought a sense of lightness to a situation that had me panicking. Not only did they solve my plumbing issue quickly and efficiently, but they did it with humor and reassurance that really helped calm me down. They were also wonderful with my dogs, who insisted on following them everywhere. I really appreciated how clearly they communicated each step of the process. Whenever I didn’t understand something, they took the time to explain it in a way that made sense and made sure I felt included and informed the entire time. Everything was very transparent, and I truly value that. Overall, I appreciate their time, professionalism, and kindness. I definitely recommend them! Someone flushed a piece of a broken wooden spoon and that itself caused a pileup of toilet paper and Dookie....

From start to finish this experience was fantastic. From the information on the website to my first call with Linda I knew this was the company I wanted to go with and I was 💯 right in my decision. I had an appointment for Thursday but was able to have the work done today. Professional/friendly service. Both Austin and his partner provide excellent customer service and explained everything so it was easy to understand. I got my Kitchen sink/garberator/tap replaced as well as the sink and tap in my guest bathroom. Definetly recommend this company and if I need to use them again I definitely will. 👍👍👍👍😃 I had to book Austin and Danny to come back and check my dishwasher because it was not working. This was due to a little plastic part the size of about a dime getting stuck in the pipes. They did a step by step diagnosis for $125 and had it fixed today! This saved me from having to buy a new dishwasher and having to get it installed. I really cannot say enough about this amazing team! You made my experience exceptional! Thank you so much! 😃😃😃😃👍💞

Chris was fast, efficient and explained everything. He was very friendly and polite. The work was tested thoroughly by him before he left and he ensured everything was to my satisfaction. He put up with my pets who were inspecting him and everything he had with him. 🤣 I really liked how this company charges per job, not for how long it takes to get it done. Nothing felt rushed and that made me confident in the work that was done. This was a great experience overall , thanks Chris!!!
