My first call for a water heater replace and install was My Calgary Plumber. The intial plan was to phone several plumbing outfits, to find the best quote. The first person I had the chance to speak with was William. William, a retired Air Force veteran (among other things) is their customer service/disptacher. Without being prompted, William made a heartfelt speech about who he is and what his values are. Hearing this put me at ease and I decided these were the guys for the job. The next two people I met were Brandon and Mitch. Mitch is the young owner of the company. I am a great judge of character and even though I only met Mitch briefly, he's undoubtedly a good honest man. Brandon the technician who performed the install shares the same character. After the install Brandon took the time to answer all my questions. He even did a small kitchen sink repair at no extra cost. So long as this company maintains this level of heart and integrity, they will always be my first call for any plumbing, furnace and A/C needs.
