Our experience with Prostar couldn't have been better. After our initial call we had an appointment with Darcy to inspect our faulty water heater the very next day. Darcy was very knowledgeable and friendly and after doing an inspection provided us with repair and replacement options. He took the time to explain everything clearly and answer any questions we had so we could make an informed decision. Three days later the team arrived to remove the old water heater and install the new one and also fixed a couple other small problems they found. They were friendly, courteous, and tidy. Once the job was done they gave a run through of the operation of our new water heater. A follow up phone call to make sure everything was satisfactory was much appreciated. We would definitely call Prostar again for any plumbing or heating needs!

Fast professional service. Shawn was quick to arrive at my home to address a broken furnace. He ran a thorough diagnostics, found the problem and clearly explained repair options. The repair was completed in a timely manner and followed up with a phone call later to ensure all was working properly. Definitely will use ProStar again! Very satisfied.

Gian and Partner arrived in the afternoon after my morning request for service. They quickly reviewed my sewer issues and presented me with options to consider. After choosing one they expediently proceeded to solve the issue explaining the work they were doing. They answered all questions and finished with a good clean up. We were very satisfied.

We had an incredible experience with ProStar Plumbing. Our newly renovated basement flooded four times in July due to a failing sump pump and high groundwater. We collected quotes from $2,000 to $50,000 for fixes and “preventative” work. Shawn brought us back to reality—he walked us through the problem, explained why we didn’t need a big overhaul, and showed that replacing the sump pump would solve it. ProStar was efficient in getting us booked, even with our rotating shift schedules. The technicians worked expertly and quietly, and left the space spotless. The lovely office staff (I wish I remembered her name!) checked in multiple times—confirming our appointment, following up after the work, and making sure we were happy with the result. From start to finish, the job was smooth and stress-free. We’d recommend ProStar to anyone who needs plumbing work.
