Elijah and Charlotte were both very professional and a pleasure to work with. Charlotte was able to get my water heater running again and she even added some improvements to my outdoor vents to prevent the problem from happening again. They were very honest and fair about pricing. Excellent customer service.

Our outdoor water valve wasn’t working. Obviously this would be a concern in Calgary’s cold climate. I’m so happy I called Instant Plumbing & Heating. I was so pleased with Megan’s professionalism and skill. She was on-time, knowledgeable, efficient and even quickly installed a new shower head for us even though that wasn’t originally requested. She was excellent. Would highly recommend.
