I’ve taken a few classes as The Gourmandise School and have loved every experience. The chefs are extremely talented and full of knowledge, explaining the why and not only the how behind every technique. The people are fun and I love how the whole class gets to sit together and enjoy the food you’ve cooked. Highly recommend going for a girls night!

This was my second class with Chef Robyn. I absolutely love this croissant class. Its a process for sure and my respect to all the chefs who makes croissants on a day to day basis. Chef Robyn is a an amazing teacher. She walks you through it all and is very patient. I highly recommend this class and any class Chef Robyn teaches.

I LOVE these classes! I have truly learnt how to cook with passion through attending them, for years now. You are able to choose from the variety of classes, allowing you to create your own favorite recipes. Sometimes I like to repeat a class, only to freshen up my techniques and like everything else...brighter ideas and recipes come about! Just took a fantastic French Patisserie class, learnt a LOT!!!

Did you know macarons are gluten-free? I took a macaron making class at The Gourmandise School, and it was quite fun & informative. Seeing the process on how those delectable treats are made, gave a greater appreciation each time I wolf one down. Clemence was a great instructor, patient with newbies, explaining things simply & gracefully. I thought creating the unique fillings would be the most daunting task, but they came out great. Located on the 3rd floor of Santa Monica Place, the classes at The Gourmandise School are the perfect opportunity for those intimidated by pastry-making & cooking. I had an absolute blast, and recommend everyone scheduling a future class at The Gourmandise School.

Chef Maya led us through an Evening in Burgundy and we had such a great time! The instructions were easy to follow and we were given a lot of confidence in our ability to cook an amazing meal. I highly recommend!
