Great gym. The staff and people that go here are all really friendly. As a disabled person ive found it very accommodating.

Welcoming and big gym. Can get a good workout in even during peak hours. Staff are helpful and members are respectful.

Quite frankly one of the most overcrowded gyms I have ever seen. Swarmed by students even at peak times and large groups all training together so wait times for equipment is unnecessary long. Most machines are Matrix machines which are quite commonly known as very average - poor level of machine compared to other models. There are no way near enough cable machines for the gym (you’d be lucky to get 1 opportunity per session to use them), there is one resistance band for the entire gym to share, and most odd is the variety in some equipment and not others, there’s only one hamstring machine (a lying leg curl) and 3 hip thrust machines, I find it bizarre the inconsistencies on this. The dedicated fitness area is good quality however these are often used for classes at peak times and so even more crowds gather in the rest of the gym If you take training seriously I’d not advise to go to this gym. It’s cheap but somehow still a poor experience almost every time.

Having previously had a good experience at a Gym Group in Devon I bought a discounted six month membership when I moved to Leeds. Only went three times as the place was absolutely filthy, floors, changing rooms, equipment, windows. To make it worse they’d removed all sprays and cleaning equipment that’s usually available for users. I work in healthcare and have qualifications in infection control and found it truly unsanitary. I tried emailing to complain but it’s a franchise and after five days received an automated AI reply saying thank you for your interest in becoming a trainer. Never received a response, let alone a refund. Awful place, awful company, zero stars from me

Nice gym with clean equipment and plenty of space. Staff are friendly and it’s never too crowded. Good place to work out.
