Absolutely the best experience ever. From the moment you walk in and are greeted by friendly staff and a beautiful atmosphere, you immediately feel relaxed. Scalp check and a thorough explanation to determine what products are used on your head. Then you’re headed for the magic upstairs. The room was truly wonderful, as was the lovely staff member who gave me the most amazing head wash, massage and facial. Enjoyed every second. Highly recommend

I challenge anyone to only go once!!! This is definitely my new happy place. I have so far enjoyed 2 unforgettable appointments. Kathleen and the team, at Hikari in Malvern, provide a wonderfully relaxing and enjoyable sensory experience. The initial scalp/hair assessment is informative and the combination of personal treatment and ‘fire and ice’ facial is nothing short of bliss (if someone was massing my feet at the same time, I don’t think I’d ever leave). Could not recommend Hikari more, and also a great gift idea for anyone who loves tactile experiences. Thoughtful and useful amenity, to refresh before facing the outside world again, rounds out the experience beautifully.

My partner surprised me with the 90 minute head spa and facial for Christmas and it's one of the best gifts I've ever received. It was such a peaceful and relaxing experience, all details covered from the scalp check at the start, the set up in the private room, which products they use for your hair, even Dyson hairdryers to dry your hair afterwards. The staff were knowledgeable and attentive, was an amazing experience all around.

Such a relaxing experience! All the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and knowledgable. The experience starts off with a hair/scalp analysis and some treatment recommendations. The hair wash was very soothing and the massage pressure was good (appreciate that it also included neck and shoulders). I booked in for the 90 minute treatment which also included the facial, which I found to be one of the highlights.

Actually one of the best self care treatments I’ve ever received. Staff were so wonderful and my therapist, Mia, had the magic hands!!! Beautiful/clean space. My hair and scalp feel amazing! I even bought a gift card for my friend for her birthday because I can’t gate-keep 😂 can’t wait for another treatment! Thanks guys 🙏🏻
