Purchased our first hot tub earlier this year from the Hot Tub Store in Folsom and couldn’t be happier. Scott and the team helped me pick out an awesome unit and even delivered it to our home which was 50 miles away. Taught me how to keep it chemically balanced properly and they have a helpful website for ordering maintenance supplies.

I am so happy to have been able to purchase my first hot tub from the Folsom location. Scott Molles was my sales rep. and made the whole transaction so simple. Let me start by saying, he did not hit me with the hard sell that other hot tub sales people pushed. Scott answered all of my questions and encouraged me to continue my research until I was absolutely 100% certain with what I wanted as a first time hot tub purchaser. It was important to me to choose the best product within my budget.Scott was instrumental in helping me achieve this. I cannot recommend him or the Folsom Hot tub store more highly! Even after I purchased, Scott would check in from time to time. To make sure that my chemicals were well stocked and that I was still very happy with my selection. If you are looking for a hot tub, may I introduce Scott Molles of the Folsom store to you. He made the whole experience easy and I felt that for him, it was more about making me as the customer happy with my decision as opposed to getting a commission. He is very knowledgeable about features and functionality as well as esthetics. He was absolutely instrumental in helping me select exactly what I wanted, while staying within my budget. Who could ask for more? 5 star service!!

This was the first place I shopped as I like buying Local but sometimes that doesn't always work out. But this time the service was amazing, the time Scott spent talking to me about hot tubs was amazing. This is my first Hot tub and I had a lot of questions. Scott took his time showing me different options and styles. I had done some research online and everything he told me was inline with my research and where/ what I was looking for. He even came out to my house the same day and helped me pick the best spot for the ease of use ( like if its not close to house it may be less likely to be used as often) He also looked around to help me lower my costs of pre installation expenses. He was great. The price was about what I had researched and expected. Thank You Scott

We accidentally found The Hot Tub Store in Folsom when we found out we were unable to buy a spa locally at a competitors shop which was closed. My husband and I are glad things worked out the way they did. Our experience has been wonderful. We had the pleasure of working with Scott. He was great at explaining the different types and brands of hot tubs they offered. I think what impressed us the most was his knowledge of the products and the fact he did not pressure us at all. He listened to what we were looking for and helped give insight on which spa might be an option for us. We truly enjoyed our shopping and sale experience with the Hot Tub Store and will refer everyone we know to Scott and the store. Thank you Scott! Loving our new spa!

Owner of a new Hot Tub purchased from the Folsom location. Scott was wonderful in providing all the details, recommendations, and education on the tubs available. There were many phone calls and emails prior to me coming in to purchase and he was always fast to respond with all my questions and concerns. The purchasing process was seamless, quick and flexible. Lastly wanted to also recognize Christian, the water care expert. He is very thorough on his instructions, giving explanations and importance of the care. He traveled to my house and adjusted another appointment to assure he had enough time to teach me the ins and outs of caring for my tub. I would recommend anyone thinking of a purchase to stop in and see Scott in Folsom!
