3 out of 4 had the roast beef dinner, one had the toad in a hole It was very disappointing The appetizers we shared were ok but our main meals were not. The Yorkshire puddings were all burnt and crusty, not good The beef was fine The mashed potatoes were just something not right Oddly enough the creamed spinach was best part of the main dish The toad in the hole came in a very large Yorkshire which was also burnt Would not recommend for the price point paid

Service is not great. Food is less than mediocre for the price you pay.

It was a great experience!!! The menu all looked delicious and I had a hard time deciding what to get....I picked the Fish and Chips. Came with tartar sauce, coleslaw and curry sauce for the chips. The fish was a bit greasy, and was placed upon the chips which made them also a bit greasy. But the sauces were delicious and I did enjoy it. There were many other things on the menu so the next time I go I will probably try something new! The service was great and I would recommend this place for a satisfying meal out!!

Food was 10/10 - everything was so good, we had the butter chicken dip, fish and chips, half chicken, and shep pie. The pie didn't come with a side, which for the price of $32 it should have. The chicken had no veg, just meat and a small scoop of potato, which for $32 it should have a veg - I added a side of peas which were overpriced. A kid's shirley temple was a ridiculous $7. Wine had no decently priced bottles with the least expensive being $70. A 5oz pour was $15. I can't stand a 5oz pour, but for $15 it should have at least been 6oz. I had wanted to start off with a martini as well, but for $19, I couldn't justify it. Desserts were all incredible and worth the price, still thinking about that earl grey cheesecake. We were asked to confirm the spelling of my mom's name for her birthday, not exaggerating, 4 times. When I made the reservation, and 3 times while we were there dining they asked. Then they brought her a very thoughtful birthday card and had spelled her name wrong lol - was just funny, but a bit annoying they asked so many times and still got it wrong (it's Shelley, not complicated spelling). Overall the vibes were super cozy and the food was very well prepared and quality - just a little overpriced in my opinion. It was Disney on Ice weekend and I gotta hand it to them, I'm sure it was an exhausting service, and they all had a great attitude and were so kind to our kids. I'd go back for a special occasion but would probably eat somewhere else before a concert at Copps.
