Today I had my new patient appointment and I was very excited to try it out. I was also very nervous since I had not seen a chiropractor for a very long time. I got to meet Dr. Brian/Bryan for the first time and we had a long talk about my health conditions and although it did raise a few concerns, Dr. Brian/Bryan finally gave me a chance to be seen. During this session he made quite a few adjustments, from head to toe. I had never met anyone before with super human strength like Dr. Brian/Bryan before and this surprised me. All I could utter was wow you’re strong. He wanted me to elaborate on my comment in jest but I could not. Simply, I was just too impressed by how he worked on my body. He surprised me. He gave me a very thorough treatment and I could not be more grateful for his time and help. He did tell me to expect some soreness after the appointment but when I walked out of his office I actually felt quite refreshed, and perhaps even energized because my pain had subsided significantly upon completion of today’s treatment. I really didn’t know what to expect to be honest but Dr. Brian/Bryan really did exceed my expectations. Thank you everyone at The Joint Chiropractic - Brokaw clinic. You made my appointment so memorable.

The Joint Chiropractor on Brokaw is absolutely amazing. I come in weekly for my adjustments with Bryan, and he’s always attentive to my needs while offering helpful advice for my condition. The clinic itself is spotless and welcoming, Mary or Martha usually greet me at the front, and their hospitality is truly wonderful. Overall, this is a wonderful place with excellent service, and I highly recommend it 10/10!

Nice and welcoming environment. Great place if you're looking for something quick. However, if you want more personalized care, I'd keep searching for alternatives. For example, the specialist I worked with seemed very knowledgeable and professional, but he never took the time to explain the care he provided, how it helps exactly, etc. He just cracked my back and neck, and was ready to move onto the next patient.

Just visiting the joint after a very long time. It was a very busy morning and there was a wait to been seen. I told the front desk person I was in pain a not feeling well. Dr. Bryan was great he explained to me the process and what I needed. I was going to buy the plan because I really need the adjustment. The front desk person Mary was really pushy about the plans and when I told her about me using my insurance, she got even more aggressive. In the beginning she was changing me as a new client and when I said about my insurance she said ho nevermind you need to pay the full price. She also made comments about me paying cash. Started bragging about her going to to school and conversations I don't care about. I will not go back to this location because of her.

I always get AMAZING adjustments at this location! I’ve seen Dr. Pedram in the past and saw Dr. Bryan today, and both are fantastic. I couldn’t be happier with the care I’ve received. Having visited many Joint locations, I can confidently say this one consistently provides a great experience. Big shoutout to the team here, and to Martha who is always so pleasant at check-in. Highly recommend!
