A few weeks ago, your team assisted me with an emergency tire replacement, and I appreciate the prompt service you provided during that stressful situation. Shortly afterward, I discovered that several thousand dollars had been charged on the card I rarely use, except for that emergency purchase. In my distress, I mistakenly concluded that your business was responsible and contacted you with that accusation. After a thorough investigation, I learned the true source of the fraud. My personal information had been compromised when important documents were inadvertently given to a stranger during a family move. I didn't know my mother still had my SSCard or birth certificate. That individual used my information without my knowledge. I sincerely apologize for wrongly accusing your company. I regret the confusion and any concern my claim may have caused. It was never my intention to unfairly place blame, and I take full responsibility for my mistake. I value integrity and believe in acknowledging when I am wrong. I've been to king a few times and no problem that why I kept going back. Tires used to be 30 now 50 for used. I got 2 used tires sunday evening. Next day 1 was flat. Aired it up but kept leaking a little. Aired it up Monday morning and it lasted through the day but still looked low. Was way away from their shop so couldn't get there and also I was afraid to drive it further so went to a closely shop and changed the valve stem thinking that was the issue. Nope. Leaked again. Went to another shop today and they said it was a bad tire. In the back where it was already marked as a bad tire from where ever they got it so marked it again so I could show king. Called them to see if they would replace the tire since it was no fault of my own and they gave me a hard time saying no refunds I didn't want a refund. Needed a tire. He them said I should have gone to him right away but I didn't see a flat tire until the next day and had to work. Was going to go there after work but couldn't make it and too far. So I guess I have to eat the tire and lay another 50 at another place. They way he was talking to me made me feel like crying. I dont have money and could barely afford the 2 I got from him and now I have to pay more money I don't have. Will never go back there. Plus they left both caps off my tires after they replaced them.
